How do I contact La Ritz Jewelry?
Our "Contact Us" page has all our relevant contact information, as well as a form where you can submit

How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our secure shopping cart, using a major credit card. You may also place an
order over the phone by calling 916-847-7870.

Some of our items are unique in nature, like vintage pieces, and therefore have limited availability.  We
apologize in advance if the item you are interested in is no longer available.  If customizing your jewelry,
simply e-mail us and we will get back to you as quickly as we can to work on your unique piece.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase items through our secure shopping cart using Visa, Mastercard, and LaRitz Jewelry paper
or eGift Certificates.  We also accept personal checks and money orders.  Should you wish to pay with a
check or money order, your payment must be received prior to shipping.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?   
Gift certificates are available for purchase in both paper form and in "virtual" eGift Certificate form. Gift
certificates can be redeemed on the web site for up to one year after purchase. If redeeming on the website
enter your code upon check-out.

When can I expect my jewelry to arrive?
Most orders ship within 7-10 business days.  However, our jewelry is hand-made by highly-skilled artisans
and an item may take longer to ship.  If this is the case, we will notify you via e-mail to let you know when to
expect to your order.

How do you ship orders?
We ship all orders through the United States Post Office, with signature confirmation. Options include Priority
Mail (2-3 day delivery) or Express Mail (overnight). Please note, once a package is signed for, we can no
longer accept responsibility for delivery.

How is the jewelry made?
LaRitz Jewelry is made using the highest quality materials and attention to detail.  Unless otherwise noted,
all designs are made with sterling silver, Bali silver and gold-filled beads coupled with gemstones or vintage
beads.  If there are exceptions, they will be noted in the detailed descriptions of the item on the “Go
Shopping” page.

What is the correct size to order?
Wrist size is fairly standard. Seven to 7 1/4 inches is the average bracelet size and fits most women. To
determine the size that is right for you, measure your wrist with a tape measure. General recommendation is
to add one inch to your wrist measurement and that should be your bracelet size. Please not that there is a
$5 charge per strand for resizing.

What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, in the original, unused condition, for a credit or for a complete
refund of the purchase price of the jewelry, excluding all shipping charges.  Please include a copy of your
invoice or packing slip with your return. We will process your return promptly, although it may take one to two
billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Your refund will be processed to the same
credit card used to make your purchase.  No refunds or exchanges are provided on custom orders.

What if my item needs to be repaired?
In the unlikely event your jewelry should break, we will be happy to repair your item free of charge for up to 30
days after purchase.  Please note that our merchandise changes often and therefore some gems or other
pieces may not be available.  In this case, we will notify you and make every attempt to find something
similar.

If your jewelry needs repair after 30 days of ownership, there is a $5 restringing charge per broken strand,
plus the cost of return shipping and handling.  If your item needs other components, we will be happy to
work with you on that charge.  

Please send your jewelry to the LaRitz Jewelry address on the “Contact Us” page and allow up to two weeks
for an item to be shipped back to you.

Can I buy a single earring to replace the one I've lost?
If possible we will replace a single earring, for half the original price of the pair. Please email us and we will
be in touch with you. In some cases we may need you to send us your one earring so that we can match the
gemstone. Please note, as our merchandise changes often, we may not be able to find a stone that
matches your earring and thus it is possible we may not be able to sell you a replacement.

What if I want to change an item or place a special order?
We want to make you happy and value your business!  So, to the extent possible, we will customize a piece
for you!  Many of our items can be adjusted in length and can be modified using alternative gemstones.  With
regard to earrings, you may choose to have your earrings hang on leaver backs, ear posts or on ear wires.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
All orders shipped to a California address will be charged 7.25% sales tax.

What is your privacy policy?
We do not sell or otherwise give information to anyone.

How do I care for my bracelet?
For best results, store your silver jewelry in a plastic sealed bag. This will help prevent both tarnishing and
scratching by other pieces.
